We help arrange authorised repairs, relevant safety checks, certificates and property licensing administration within the scope of your agreement.

We agree the authority for routine repairs, spending limits, contractor costs and any emergency arrangements with you. Contractor charges and checks are not described as free or automatically included.

Landlords remain responsible for meeting their legal obligations and providing the authorisations, documents and funds required under their agreement. Coordination by PROLET does not remove those responsibilities.
